									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to make something similar to this, I am having trouble with getting the &#8220;path to stoke&#8221; to work and get the outlines to work, also I cannot get the stroke to decrease on the other layer. Any help is welcomed. 🙂</p>
