									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I imported an SVG of a mermaid tail to use as the knockout image. I ensured it was an SVG by checking for nodes which there were nodes. I tried doing the inset, but it did not work. I tried to import the image and also used the drag and drop method to insert it in Inkscape, but neither way worked.
