I’ll keep that in mind for future videos 🙂 If you click the little settings icon in the bottom right there should be a setting to slow down the video to like 0.5x speed. It may make my voice sound funny haha but you could do that.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but once I have the ice cream drips on the outline of the ice cream I select both path -> union, the drips disappear. What am I doing wrong?
When I upload to Design Space I get ‘The uploaded SVG contained the following items that are not supported: Text elements. Import anyway?
I hit continue and everything looks good on the screen. The design seems fine on my canvas and the layers all look good. Any idea why I get the message and if it might cause issues when cutting? Anything I should be doing in Inkscape to prevent it?
Hi there, I would select all, ungroup everything, and do Path > Object to Path to just ensure everything is converted. If it uploads fine though it shouldn’t be a problem to just ignore the error code.
I really liked this tutorial but found the arrow movement too fast and often got lost and had to rewind. You are good, but I’m not there yet lol.

Did you convert the outline to a path with Path > Stroke to Path before doing the Union?
