Usually this is because your document props settings are off. Follow along with the doc properties lesson and download and use the default templates I provided to fix this

In sublimation video I believe you said we could use canva in digital items ONLY if it isn’t standalone image. But then in canva course you said we cannot sell digital unless it links back to canva or something. Confused. I did read the stuff canva has on website but I don’t understand. Even if you have pro (I dont) you cannot sell digital? You said unless buyer has pro that can’t use svg.
